Lead Software Engineer (with Typescript)
You might be our missing piece if you have:
Proven experience working with TypeScript, Node.js and Angular
Strong background as a Software Engineer and/or Technical Lead
Solid understanding of software architectures and APIs
Proven experience working closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams
Ability to analyze requirements and structure complex technical topics
Ability to translate business and production needs into digital product features and technical specifications
Experience shaping solution design and guiding technical implementation for development teams
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirements engineering
Solution-oriented mindset, sense of ownership and proactive attitude
A sense of belonging while reading about our culture
We would be thrilled if you have:
Familiarity with IIoT platforms is a plus
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar
Facilitation and presentation skills
High willingness to learn in a technologically dynamic environment
We will be working together on:
Discussing and clarifying business requirements with stakeholders and translating them into clear technical tasks for the development team
Defining and driving solution implementation, owning all technical topics across a distributed team (±4h CEST)
Providing technical guidance, especially to less experienced developers, and ensuring alignment with existing architecture and best practices
