Business Analyst

You might be our missing piece if you have:

  • Basic understanding of software architectures, APIs, and IoT platforms

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirements engineering

  • Plus 3 years in a similar position

  • Excellent English skills

  • A sense of belonging while reading about our culture

 

We would be thrilled if you have:

  • Ability to analyze requirements and structure complex technical topics

  • Ability to translate machine operator and production needs into digital product features

  • Ability to create technical specifications for development teams

  • Experience in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration platforms

  • Facilitation and presentation skills

  • Solution-oriented mindset and structured way of working

  • High willingness to learn in a technologically dynamic environment

  • Proactive attitude and sense of ownership

We will be working together on:

  • Clarifying business needs and translating them into actionable digital and AI requirements aligned with operational realities

  • Discussing business requirements with BU-stakeholders (GEA POs)

  • Translating the business requirements into technical requirements for UI/UX- & Dev-Teams

  • Ensuring the existing frameworks and implementations are used as far as possible when implementing new requirements

  • Coordinating closely and regularly with the Dev-Team
