React & React Native Lead Engineer
You might be our missing piece if you have:
5+ years of experience with React.js and React Native, delivering large-scale applications
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring developers
Ability to own and define frontend architecture across web and mobile platforms
Solid experience with state management (Redux, Context API or similar) and API integrations
Experience designing scalable, maintainable component structures and patterns
Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and deployment processes
Experience with Git and working in Agile environments
A sense of belonging while reading about our culture
We would be thrilled if you have:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app distribution (App Store / Play Store)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox)
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile and web
Applied knowledge and good understanding of design patterns
We will be working together on:
Designing large-scale project portfolio
Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React.js
Building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers
Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Optimizing applications for maximum performance and scalability
Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement
Troubleshooting and debugging issues across platforms and devices
