Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help shape RebelDot’s global voice.
The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Branding & Communications, Sales, and internal technical experts to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling marketing outputs.
If you are someone who enjoys working across teams, understands B2B tech dynamics, and can turn complexity into clear stories and effective campaigns, this role is for you.
You might be our missing piece if you have:
3+ years of marketing experience in technology, ideally in B2B environments.
Proven experience creating engaging, goal‑oriented campaigns for different audiences and platforms.
Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
A highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative working style.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
We will be working together on:
Planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness and sales goals.
Managing campaign messaging, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end.
Tracking campaign performance and translating insights into improvements.
Developing and maintaining marketing collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies, client presentations).
Handling the marketing campaign side of key initiatives such as webinars and digital activities, including the messaging and content used for events and fairs (roll-ups, brochures, screen presentations).
Aligning messaging across digital channels and campaigns.
Writing and editing content across formats, including blogs, landing pages, case studies, campaign copy, and webinar scripts.
Supporting thought leadership by shaping ideas from internal experts into market-ready narratives.
Partnering with Sales and internal stakeholders to create impactful materials.
