Senior HR Admin & Benefits Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Senior HR Admin & Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our HR policies, internal regulations, and employee benefits are well-structured, compliant, and communicated effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR administration, compliance, and benefits management.
You might be our missing piece if you have:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR administration, benefits management, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and GDPR compliance (will work in collaboration with legal department)
- Proven experience in developing HR policies and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, vendors, and program effectiveness.
- A strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Fluency in English.

We will be working together on:
HR Administration & Policies
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring that all employee files and internal processes are compliant with legal standards.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and continuously improve GDPR processes, ensuring secure handling of employee & candidate data in collaboration with Legal and IT.
- Ensure mandatory trainings (e.g., harassment prevention, GDPR, DEI) are developed, implemented, and monitored for completion.
- Act as a point of contact for policy-related inquiries, ensuring consistent understanding and application across the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for the company’s HRIS provider, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or inefficiencies.
- Research, evaluate, and benchmark potential HR software providers and emerging HR technologies, presenting recommendations on the most suitable solutions for business needs.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with best practices, compliance requirements, and company culture.
Benefits Management
- Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits vendors and provider.
- Ensure effective communication of benefits offerings and changes to employees, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Monitor benefit utilization and provide insights to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all HR activities, policies, and benefits adhere to employment regulations, GDPR, and internal governance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for leadership on HR compliance, benefits usage, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to align policies and benefits with the overall HR strategy.
- Partner with Finance and Delivery to ensure cost-effectiveness, and track benefits-related expenses.
