Head of Branding & Communication

To realize this ambition, we are seeking a visionary Head of Branding & Communication to lead the charge in shaping and communicating our brand story, driving strategic marketing efforts, and positioning us as the trusted innovation partner in the tech landscape.
About the Role:
As Head of Branding & Communication, you will be responsible for building and elevating our brand presence across all channels, owning the narrative that differentiates us in the market. You will lead the marketing team and work cross-functionally with Business Growth, Technical Excellence, People & Culture, and the Executive Board to ensure brand consistency, powerful storytelling, and strategic communications that drive awareness, engagement, and brand trust.
You might be our missing piece if you have:
- 8+ years in strategic marketing roles, with 3+ years in a leadership role in a services or consulting company.
- Proven experience in branding and positioning in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of technology, consulting services and the digital innovation landscape.
- Excellent English skills.

We will be working together on:
Brand Leadership
- Define and execute the brand strategy to align with our vision.
- Create a consistent and inspiring brand identity and voice across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee all visual and verbal brand expressions including website, pitch decks, events, and thought leadership.
Strategic Marketing & Communication
- Develop integrated marketing plans to increase awareness and preference among enterprise clients.
- Craft and execute communication strategies targeting C-level enterprise decision-makers.
- Lead PR and media relations with a clear, coherent brand message.
- Plan and execute strategic events and experiences (conferences, client summits, roundtables, webinars) to support brand positioning and drive business growth.
Digital Presence & Technology Awareness
- Drive the continuous optimization of the company’s digital presence to ensure visibility and ranking on search engines (SEO best practices, web analytics, keyword strategy).
- Keep the branding and communication strategy aligned with the latest marketing technologies, AI tools, and digital trends.
- Identify and implement emerging tools and channels that can expand reach and engagement.
Thought Leadership & Content
- Establish the company as a thought leader in technology strategy, consulting and digital innovation.
- Guide the creation of high-impact content (whitepapers, reports, articles, case studies).
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to surface innovation stories and client success.
Team Management & Impact
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with complementary skills across content, digital, and other strategic areas identified as critical for growth.
- Set and monitor KPIs aligned to brand engagement, pipeline support, and NPS goals.
- Leverage analytics to optimize brand campaigns, digital presence, and messaging effectiveness.
