About the Role:

As a System Administrator, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting the daily technology needs of the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT journey who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to keeping our systems running smoothly and securely.

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• A foundational understanding of IT systems and concepts (e.g., Windows or macOS, basic networking, user accounts).
• Some hands-on experience—through previous work, internships, or personal projects—resolving common technical issues.
• An interest in learning about tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and device management platforms like Intune.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to dive into challenges with support from the team.
• Good communication skills and a service-minded approach to helping others.
• Up to 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment—or relevant training, certification, or strong personal initiative.
• Excellent English skills
• A sense of belonging while reading about our culture

We would be thrilled if you have:

• Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or interest in automation.
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with ticketing systems or any IT certification (CompTIA, Microsoft, Google, etc.).

• Supporting employees with day-to-day technical issues (hardware, software, connectivity).
• Setting up new devices and accounts for new joiners.
• Helping maintain IT documentation and asset tracking.
• Learning and applying IT best practices for security, efficiency, and reliability.
