Scrum Master

We will be working together on the following:
- Facilitating events and ceremonies to ensure team performance on an enterprise account, for two teams
- Generating various reports based on needs and documenting things
- Coaching the team by recognizing strength and improvement areas
- Building a team environment that fosters collaboration and performance
- Following the project roadmap and resolving impediments
- Consulting and partnering up with clients to ensure delivery
