Python (with Django) Engineer

You might be our missing piece if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience working with Python, Django, Linux, Docker, JavaScript and Postgres
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Hands-on experience with Django backend development, using RESTful/API-based communication with frontend systems
  • Experience with native migration management and familiarity with Pytest Django
  • Solid knowledge of data systems and best practices in data management.

We would be thrilled if you have:

  • Familiarity with High-Performance Computing (HPC)
  • Experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF).

We will be working together on:

  • Maintaining and enhance the ARIAweb system to support multiple CFD solver solutions
  • Developing and integrating the libCFD library into existing projects
  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Implementing best practices in software development, including version control, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
