As the Head of IT & Cybersecurity, you will lead the IT department, ensuring the seamless operation, security, and compliance of all IT systems. This strategic role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership to drive innovation and align IT initiatives with the organization's goals.

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT operations.
• A strong background in cybersecurity, including implementing and managing security measures, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Experience with implementing and managing Microsoft Intune as a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to ensure secure enrollment, configuration, and compliance of company devices.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, to manage and optimize server infrastructure, ensuring efficient virtualization, resource allocation, and high availability across the enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with IT system administration, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, for efficient incident, change, and problem management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in networking technologies, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to automate system tasks and enhance efficiency.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and designing solutions that integrate on-premises and cloud systems.
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring and logging tools, such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk, to track system performance and security.
• Experience in overseeing disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).

• Managing vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient solutions.
