We are seeking a dedicated and skilled partner to join our legal team and play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to our company. As Legal Counsel, you will ensure our compliance with applicable laws and regulations, draft and review legal documents and contracts, maintain and update records related to our suppliers, and manage any legal issues or disputes that arise.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the direct manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and the company’s internal policies and procedures.
• Research and analyze the legal implications and risks of the company’s business decisions and operations. 
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts (such as agreements, addendums, work of order, policies, etc.) to safeguard the legal rights and interests of all stakeholders.
• Assist in researching and analyzing legal issues and risks related to the company’s business decisions and operations. 
• Organize and keep up to date the company records and the archive. 
• Communicate and coordinate the internal stakeholders and the suppliers to maintain and update records of supplier information, contracts, and orders. 
• Support the direct manager and the internal stakeholders in the performance and compliance process of suppliers and vendors. 

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• A completed Bachelor of Laws degree
• Excellent knowledge of English language 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g.: legal counsel, contracts specialist, supplier specialist) 
• Knowledge in the field of civil law - contracts, corporate law, labor law and commercial law 
• Strong organizing skills, analytical thinking, and attention to details
• The ability to analyze the legal implications of various issues and advise the internal stakeholders and executive management on this, together with the direct manager 
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
