Lead .NET Developer

You might be our missing piece if you have:

  • Experience with web application development (plus 5 years in a similar position)
  • Working experience with C#, .NET Core 3 (and above)
  • Previous experience in writing unit tests
  • Excellent English skills
  • A sense of belonging while reading about our culture


We would be thrilled if you have:

  • Practical experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
  • Previous interactions with clients
  • Previous experience in managing projects and team guidance


We will be working together on:

  • Consulting with clients and offering them the best solutions
  • Assist application architects in developing, documenting, and applying the initial implementation of new patterns/libraries/frameworks
  • Leading the line with the latest technologies
  • Working on projects and features from scratch
  • Review code and provide feedback to peers on ways to improve the comprehensiveness, quality, clarity and performance
  • Facilitating an environment that allows team members to grow (mentoring, having 1:1 discussions, career path guidance, setting objectives, and holding performance reviews).
