We are searching for a dynamic leader with a passion for IT to join our company and grow our business in the role of Country Manager for the Denmark office.

 

From strategy planning to execution

In this newly established position, the CM’s overall responsibility is the general management and development of RebelDot Denmark.

In your role, you will be overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are aligned with the purpose and strategy of the company.

You will take the lead in formulating the sales strategy and activities, motivating your team, achieving sales targets, executing projects and following-up on them.

In this regard, you will build partnerships with relevant local Danish and international companies, with whom you are in close contact throughout the entire process of developing RebelDot Denmark and guiding the company towards long-term success.

 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with shareholders, employees and customers
  • Leading the development of the company’s short and long-term strategy in Denmark
  • Creating and implementing the company’s or organisation’s vision and mission
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments etc.
  • Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility in its business activities
  • Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimised
  • Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable

  

We look for a strong character who:

  • Has demonstrated success and ability to build and manage an organisation or start-up almost entirely from scratch
  • Has a strong ability to organise effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
  • Has highly developed, strategic sales skills
  • Can demonstrate work experience in IT Services sales area, manages and forecasts the sales pipeline
  • Owns relevant market knowledge
  • Can monitor and manage progress towards goals; providing coaching and team support
  • Can build long-term relationships with new and existing clients and represent the company at important functions, industry events and public meetings

  • Leading by example
  • Unrelenting work ethic
  • 3+ years of corporate managerial experience and an extensive network
  • Has a strong business network
  • Coding experience, including expertise in .Net/Java/Blockchain
  • Relevant Master’s degree from an internationally recognised university
